This package provides an organization that is considering, or has decided to, commit to a construction project and is looking for assistance in developing and monitoring the project. As a construction manager, we act in a fiduciary capacity as an arm of your organization and bring our experience with hundreds of projects to the table to insure that your requirements are met and exceeded. In this discipline, we work very closely with a designated in-house contact (typically a facilities manager or IT lead) to report to and assist in the day-to-day decisions required by such an undertaking. An hourly management fee is negotiated, depending on the type of project, and reporting and responsibilities are divided up depending upon the time constraints of the in-house point of contact. This discipline provides “open book” accessibility and all budgetary figures and ongoing costs are able to be viewed in a real time. Often a shared-secure website is setup for construction photos and reporting so that all can see progress and anticipate any changes that may be required.
